You fill out a detailed form (~10 min). From your data (health, lifestyle, birth data for Ba Zi), I create your personalized therapeutic book of 120-160 pages via a 9-phase pipeline combining Ba Zi, TCM and modern nutrition.
How long to receive my program?
5 to 7 business days after payment.
What is included in the program?
A 120-160 page PDF book: Ba Zi analysis + 8 Golden Rules, 10+ key therapeutic foods, 65 personalized recipes with instructions, 28-day plan, 5 therapeutic infusions, shopping lists, Jie Qi calendar (24 solar periods), TCM glossary.
How does payment work?
€99 (launch offer, normal value €199) via Stripe, one-time secure payment, invoice by email.
Can I ask questions after receiving it?
Yes, by email, response within 48h.
Are my intolerances and allergies taken into account?
Yes, the form collects your allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions and medical conditions. Each recipe is adapted.
How are TCM and Ba Zi integrated?
Ba Zi (Chinese astrology) reveals your energetic terrain (Day Master, 5 elements). TCM identifies your syndromes and selects therapeutic foods. Modern nutrition calculates calories, macros and portions. The three approaches are combined.
Is the program adapted to vegetarians and vegans?
Yes, all diets are supported (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, pork-free, etc.).
